No Return & Store Credit Policy
At Street Mania Customs, all of our products are made to order. Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. For this reason, all sales are final.
Store Credit Option
While we do not offer refunds, we may provide store credit in certain situations, such as when an incorrect or defective item is received. Store credit will be issued equal to the value of the item(s) and can be used towards any future purchase on our website. Store credit does not expire.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at streetmaniacustoms@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Our team will carefully review the matter and provide a resolution.
Exclusions
Please note the following:
• We do not issue cash refunds to bank accounts or payment cards.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for customer errors such as incorrect addresses or wrong product selection.
• Minor variations in design, size, or color may occur due to printing and screen settings; these are not considered defects.
